🥷🏽 Main Responsibilities

1- Making phone calls reaching out to leads to generate interest in our top-tier commercial cleaning services and securing appointments.

2- Building up a sales pipeline and following up with leads that showed interest.

3- Sending and responding to emails from contacts: You'll also be communicating with potential customers via email, responding to their inquiries, and providing them with more information about offerings.

4- Updating contact records and notes in a CRM: You'll be responsible for keeping accurate records of all interactions with potential customers and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system accordingly.

5- Other high-level tasks: In addition to the above, you'll also be expected to read from a provided call script, book appointments and set them in our team's calendar, qualify and transfer leads, and gather contact information.

· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

· High attention to detail.

· Comfortable conducting business conversations via phone..  Embrace daily training, support, scripts, and the tools provided to enhance your success.

· Outstanding follow up and follow through.

· Strong organization skills.

· Effective time management and personal accountability.

· Eager to learn and to get results.

👂 Communication Skills

· Skilled in getting past the gatekeeper, explaining in detail the services, understanding the lead's pain points and booking appointments.

· Outstanding verbal skills.

💻 Technical Skills

· Proficient use of Google Drive applications, including Docs & Sheets.

· Experienced in CRMs.

· Experience using different calling softwares and dialers.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree is preferable.

· At least 2+ Years Experience in BPO industry or similar (must have)

· Experienced in Phone Sales, Inbound or Outbound Calling for B2B industries (preferably).

· Experience in the cleaning industry (residential or commercial) is a valuable asset.
