Engage Potential Clients: Proactively reach out to leads through phone calls, generating interest in premium commercial cleaning services and securing appointments with decision-makers.
Build and Maintain a Sales Pipeline: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads who have shown interest in our services.
Email Communication: Professionally handle email communications with potential clients, responding to inquiries and providing detailed information about cleaning solutions.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Additional Duties:
Utilize provided call scripts to guide conversations and qualify leads.
Book and schedule appointments in our team’s calendar.
Qualify and transfer leads to the appropriate sales team members.
Gather and document essential contact information.

💻 Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the BPO industry or similar roles is a must.
• Experienced in phone sales, inbound or outbound calling for B2B industries preferably.
• Experience in the residential or commercial cleaning industry is an asset.
